Keeping Our Community Safe & Healthy
We follow the direction of county public health leaders and government officials, implementing protocols to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
These are some of the measures we’re taking to help reduce the risk of exposure to our community:
Face coverings are required indoors. Per these San Mateo County guidelines, customers must wear masks indoors. “The Orders require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear face coverings when indoors in public settings, with limited exceptions, starting at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, August 3.”
Social distancing. Customers must keep a minimum of 6 feet from other customers and staff at all times.
Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance to the store and customers are encouraged to use it.
Limited in-store dining. We have expanded our outdoor space with three beautiful decks, picnic benches, and patios with sun and shade depending on the time and day!
The in-store checkout area is protected with a plexiglass barrier to minimize close contact between customers and cashiers.
Regular sanitizing is performed on all potentially high-touch surfaces (all door handles, countertops, trafficked break spaces, offices, equipment including touchscreens), followed by a frequent schedule to maintain the cleanliness of these areas.
If you have questions or concerns, please give us a call or email.
We hope these guidelines give you peace of mind while shopping and dining.
Thank you for partnering with us in safety!
